The bodies of three American rappers who were reported missing at the end of January were discovered in the basement of an abandoned apartment building in Detroit, Michigan - this is what the local police reported tonight (Saturday).
The police added that it appears that the three were murdered.
Montoya Givens, 31, Armani Kelly, 28, and Dante Wicker, 31, were reported missing on Jan. 21 after their scheduled performance at a Detroit club was abruptly canceled, reportedly due to equipment problems.
Police said their mobile phones stopped working the next day.

The bodies of the three were found in the basement of the "rat infested" by Detroit police officers while conducting another investigation, said Mike Shaw of the Michigan State Police.
"They entered an abandoned apartment complex and informed us of human 'remains' found in the basement of one of these buildings," he said.
According to Shaw, it is not possible to perform a postmortem on the bodies for 48 hours after they were found, because due to the low temperatures that were there - they are not suitable for examination.
Therefore, the circumstances of death have not yet been determined.
