Like every year, on February 2, 40 days after Christmas, we celebrate Candlemas.
The opportunity to meet up with family or friends around a table to taste delicious pancakes.
A custom, which promises us a snack that is both easy and quick to make - ten minutes maximum watch in hand - but above all which should be unanimous.
On the program: traditional version pancakes with sugar, regressive, filled with spread in the style of Pierre Hermé, with raspberry jam or even accompanied by pieces of fresh and seasonal fruit.
The most daring will even dare a recipe tangy with vanilla and lemon liqueur while fans of exotic flavors will swear by fresh pineapple, flambéed in rum.
