Prof. Shevah Weiss, speaker of the Knesset, ambassador to Poland and former chairman of the Yad Vashem Council, died yesterday at the age of 87. He left behind two children and a granddaughter.

His funeral will be held tomorrow at 14:30 in the Great Nation plot on Mount Herzl.
