A young man died, and another was injured today, when a wooden roof of an abandoned house fell on them in the Al-Firdous neighborhood of Aleppo, while they were pulling wood from it.
A source in the Aleppo Police Command told SANA reporter that the injured person was taken to Al-Razi Hospital for treatment.
The Public Safety Committee in the governorate stated that the house consists of one floor, and it has been deserted for about two decades and is partially dilapidated, pointing out that the concerned authorities previously surveyed the area and organized many technical reports on the condition of houses and buildings.
