Two skiers, who were off-piste, were killed by an avalanche on Saturday morning February 4 in the canton of Graubünden, in southeastern Switzerland, said the cantonal police.
A third member of the group was swept away by the snowslide, which started above the skiers as they negotiated a couloir.

The two people who died are a 56-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man, police said.
