Two cars were damaged in a wildlife accident near Kreuth on Friday evening.
So much so that both had to be towed.
As reported by the police, a 62-year-old from Kreuth was driving the B 307 in the direction of Rottach-Egern at around 10:45 p.m. when a deer jumped across the road from the forest.
The Kreuther then braked - which the driver behind him noticed too late.
The 34-year-old Wiesseer drove into the Kreuther and left the road with his car to the right.
In total, the two vehicles suffered property damage of 17,000 euros and both had to be towed away.
Because a hybrid vehicle was involved, the Kreuth fire brigade was also deployed, the police reports.
Luckily, no one got hurt.
