The investigation shows that a number of young men who came to the club violently attacked another young man and were therefore forcibly removed from the place by the security guards.
After a few minutes, the same attackers returned to the club and violently attacked a security guard and a female employee at the entrance to the club, among other things, using an iron rod and a rock that they threw at them.
The detectives of the Jerusalem District Court arrested five suspects for involvement in the attack for questioning. At the end of the investigation by the police, an evidentiary foundation was compiled against two of the suspects (23,35 residents of Jerusalem) in the violent attack, and their detention was extended from time to time at the Court of Appeals.
With the conclusion of the police investigation, last weekend the prosecution unit of the Jerusalem district filed an indictment against one suspect, and in the near future an indictment is also expected against the second suspect.
The police stated: "As part of the ongoing fight against the scourge of violence, the Israel Police will continue to work to bring to justice those suspected of violent crimes and bullying in the public sphere, in recreation centers and anywhere else."
