Today, the Ministry of the Interior honored the riders who qualified for the World Cup of Equestrian Shooting, which was held in South Africa.
The Minister of the Interior, Major General Muhammad al-Rahmoun, said: The honoring comes within the framework of the ministry's interest in sports and athletes, and providing all support to the athletes of the Internal Security Forces to achieve the best results in all tournaments, indicating that continuous training, determination and persistence lead to achieving outstanding results at all levels.
The honor included the knight Lieutenant Colonel Mahmoud Al-Masry, the knight Ahmed Al-Masry, and the knight Shorouk Al-Masry, who expressed their appreciation for the attention and care for them, and their motivation to achieve more championships.
The Al-Shorta equestrian shooting team qualified on January 21 for the World Cup finals by finishing second in the qualifiers in the second group that was held in South Africa.
