Damascus-SANA

Temperatures remain below average by about 3 to 6 degrees Celsius, as a result of the country being affected by an air depression that extends in all layers of the atmosphere, accompanied by a cold and wet air mass.

And the General Directorate of Meteorology expected, in its bulletin this morning, that the weather will be volatile between partly cloudy and rainy clouds at intervals over most areas, and that precipitation will be heavy and sometimes accompanied by thunder, especially over the coastal region, and snow will also fall on heights that exceed 1000 meters.

He warns of the occurrence of frost, the formation of ice and fog on the mountain heights and some internal areas at night, and the winds will be south to southwesterly moderate in speed with active gusts exceeding 75 km / h, and the sea is high in waves.

And tomorrow... temperatures will remain below average by about 3 to 6 degrees, with activity at wind speeds, with gusts exceeding 90 km/h. Snow also falls on elevations of more than 1,000 metres.
