The crash of a small passenger plane on Monday February 6 caused the death of its pilot and sole occupant, aged 63, near Carcassonne airport, we learned from the prosecution.
Investigators, who have not yet been able to determine the circumstances of the crash, which took place in the early afternoon, do not know for the moment whether the plane had taken off from this airport or intended to land there, said the prosecution to AFP.
