The world is divided into two: alongside those who will always look for an excuse to eat pizza, there are those who would prefer to avoid the comforting escapism in order to maintain a figure.
In preparation for International Pizza Day, which takes place on February 9, a day when eating pizza is already a tradition, blogger Shusha Biton offers a recipe for a healthy, low-calorie pizza that solves the problem.
Shusha's Pizza for International Day,
The pastry chef, who is used to creating decadent but also healthy recipes, created a special protein-based pizza, which includes available ingredients such as: bitter Rio tuna and Master Chef's grain tortilla.
The recipe is a cross between pizza and lasagna, and invites you to use whatever vegetables you have on hand at home as much as you like.
Although it is not a standard pizza, we believe it will satisfy the craving.
The recipe is easy to prepare and detailed in front of you.
Now all that remains is to wish a happy pizza holiday, one that is mixed with as little guilt as possible.
