We were waiting for the kick-off of the parliamentary debate on the pension reform.
We attended, by way of opening, a battle of ragpickers around article 122 of the regulations of the National Assembly.
Let's not be naive: this procedural battle is just a pretext.

Incredible spectacle of a session which began by concealing the question of pensions to focus on the place of the National Rally.
It was therefore a question of a referendum motion, that is to say a procedure allowing the vote in Parliament to be replaced by the organization of a referendum among all French people.
Is such a referendum possible?
No, and everyone knows it, because there is no majority either in the Assembly or in the Senate to vote for it.
And no because, even in this case, the President of the Republic would have to decide.
