A different legal proceeding is currently underway against the suspect in fence rape.
This after he was accused of killing two young men who were traveling in a car with him over two years ago.
Barakat Abu Essa, a defendant speeding on Route 6 and overturned with the vehicle during a trip in 2021.
The letter of indictment filed by the prosecutor's office last year against Barkhat Abu Essa indicates that he is accused of reckless homicide and of driving without a valid insurance policy.

On September 13, 2020, Abu Essa was driving a Toyota vehicle on Route 6 from north to south.
This is without having a valid car insurance.
Together with him sat in the car three other boys aged 16-17 when they were not wearing seat belts.
At a certain stage of the trip, in a section of road where the speed limit was 110 km/h, he pressed the gas pedal, and drove at an excessive speed of no less than 166 km/h.
At this point, a flat tire formed in the right rear wheel of the vehicle, and as a result of the combination of the excessive speed he was driving and the puncture in the wheel, he lost control of the vehicle, swerved sharply to the left with it, went down to a dirt area to the left of the road and overturned there several times, until it stopped upside down on the roof .
While overturning, two of the young passengers were thrown from the vehicle, and died instantly.
Abu Essa himself and another passenger suffered only minor injuries, were taken to a hospital and later released.
"The accused caused the death of R. and B. by his actions with his prohibited omissions, and this with carelessness, when he takes an unreasonable risk of the possibility of causing the result," the indictment states.
