Au Nuoxuan to testify in court next week

The defense barrister Shen Shiwen pointed out that he just received more than 13,000 pages of evidence from the prosecution and 1,200 items of information that were not used. It is understood that Lin Jingnan’s statement is included. The statement will take about 2 to 3 days. I hope that the court will call the first witness, Au Nuoxuan, until next Monday (13th), so that the defense will have enough time to prepare.

The judge confirmed to the prosecution and approved the defense application.

It was revealed in the court that Au Nuoxuan took a total of 3 non-destructive statements and submitted the documents to the defense a few weeks ago. However, barrister Ma Weikun pointed out that because Au is a "key witness" in the case, more time is needed to prepare for the direction of cross-examination.

However, the judge believed that the earliest statement of the district was taken in September last year. He believed that the defense had sufficient time to prepare.
