The General Directorate of Ports closed the commercial port in Tartous Governorate due to the prevailing weather conditions.
The Director General of Ports, Brigadier General Samer Kobrosli, stated that the Directorate had announced yesterday afternoon the closure of Jableh, Al-Sayd and Al-Nuzha ports in Lattakia governorate, and Banias, Arwad and Al-Said in Tartous governorate, due to the increase in air activity.
