The piquetero organizations critical of the Government will resume the protests this Tuesday with
more than 130
roadblocks in 24 provinces and the accesses to the City
of Buenos Aires to repudiate the decision of the Ministry of Social Development to suspend 154,441 beneficiaries of the Empower Labor plan of the payment of the subsidy.
The so-called "National Picketing" called by the groups that make up the Picket Unit is to demand the withdrawal
to the extent that they qualify as an "adjustment."
The day will begin at 9 in the morning and promises to extend "from Tierra del Fuego to La Quiaca", and in the City, with cuts in the Pueyrredón Bridge, La Noria, West Access and Panamericana.
The central claim is for the "cessation of the 160,000 suspensions and dismissals" of the social plan, which they assure has already had an impact on the families that were left without half of that income ($15,488) and that in March the entire amount will be lowered .
In January, the Government suspended the plans of plan holders who did not validate their identity in Mi Argentina, for which the benefit was suspended and 50% of the corresponding amount was collected this month.
The measure produced a march in the first days of February in the vicinity of the Ministry of Social Development.
Last Friday, a piquetero delegation was received by the Secretary of Social Policy Articulation, Leo Moyano, who was brought the proposal for
the audits to be done in person, for people who had difficulties with virtual validation.
In addition, they insist on holding a meeting with Minister
Victoria Tolosa Paz
.
Victoria Tolosa Paz confirmed that they will terminate more than 154,000 Potenciar Trabajo plans.

After the suspensions, from Social Development they ordered an instance of "validation after the deadline", where
more than 20,000 people have already made their claim,
which must be evaluated by the Social Economy Secretariat.
"There are no points to validate. For the first time in the history of the Ministry, an audit is carried out over the Internet," complained Eduardo Belliboni, leader of the Polo Obrero, in dialogue with
Clarín
.
And he anticipated that there will be more measures of force in the coming days.
The organizations of the UP
also target pro-government groups such as UTEP, the Evita Movement, Somos Barrios de Pie and the CCC
for not going out to denounce the "adjustment" of the Government of the Front of All.
"
They believe that the 'saved' money will go to their cooperatives and
productive enterprises, but the IMF has claimed in its December memorandum that the accounts be adjusted because they want the money for themselves," they said.
Only in January, the Executive allocated $2,700 million per day to subsidize the Potenciar Trabajo and the Alimentar Card, controlled by piquetero leaders allied to Kirchnerism such as
Evita and La Cámpora
.
From Social Development they assure that the organizations were aware of the "consequences" that the validation plan of the program would have and that from the UP they organize themselves to be able to assist those who did not validate their data.
"There is no cut, there are no casualties. What did take place was a long process of data revalidation so that we can correctly manage the allocation of the program. UP organizations cannot ignore that this process would end in this way. Those who do not validate they unsubscribe. They knew it for more than two months. It's not a surprise to anyone," they said from the portfolio in charge of Tolosa Paz.
The validation of data via the web was the solution found by the Government after
the irregularities that came to light months ago
, which revealed beneficiaries who bought dollars or had assets that did not meet the requirements of the program.
