Anna and Gerald Heiser's baby had to be delivered four weeks too early by emergency c-section.

"Goodbye Germany" shows for the first time how dramatic the birth actually was.

Namibia - On November 24, 2022, Alina Marikka Heiser saw the light of day.

Her parents Anna (32) and Gerald Heiser (37), who became known through “Bauer sucht Frau”, have so far held back with details about their difficult birth.

At "Goodbye Germany", where the family will be seen in the future, this should now be made up for.

Dramatic birth of Anna and Gerald Heiser's baby

Since Anna and Gerald got together in the 17th season of "Bauer sucht Frau", the couple has been in the public eye.

For her great love, the 32-year-old left Germany in 2017 and moved to farmer Gerald on his cattle farm in Namibia.

After the wedding and the birth of son Leon in January 2021, his sister Alina Marikka followed at the end of 2022.

On Instagram, Anna had already indicated that her strenuous pregnancy was followed by a complicated birth.

Fans of the couple can watch how dramatic it really was on February 10, 2023 at 8:15 p.m. on Vox.

Then the Heisers will be seen for the first time on "Goodbye Germany".

Dramatic scenes can be seen in the preview of this premiere, which Anna is already presenting to her more than 170,000 fans on Instagram.

The mother-to-be had already announced in advance that she would also opt for a caesarean section for her second childbirth.

But the emigrant hardly expected how dramatic the birth of her daughter would be.

births by cesarean section

Around 220,700 women gave birth by caesarean section in 2020 - this means that almost every third birth in a hospital in Germany was by caesarean section.

As reported by the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), the caesarean section rate nationwide was 29.7%.

At the international level, comparable data are available from the OECD for 26 countries up to 2019.

According to this, in 2019 there were 54 caesarean sections for every 100 live births in Turkey, 39 in Poland and 38 in Hungary. The number was comparatively low in Israel (15), Norway and Iceland (16 each).

In 2019, Germany was in the top third of the 26 OECD countries with 30 caesarean sections per 100 live births.

You can see the completely exhausted Anna lying on the bed in the hospital.

The doctor examines the large baby bump with an ultrasound and states: "Now the head is more up.

Almost in the breech position again and that can of course lead to a pretty big catastrophe.” Words that no mother likes to hear, of course – especially when the baby is actually only supposed to be born in four weeks.

But it's no use, as Anna Heiser also has to admit: "The doctor has just decided that we have to get the little one out today," she can be heard saying in an anxious voice.

Vox viewers can see how the birth of Alina Marikka Heiser went on on February 10, 2023 at 8:15 p.m. on “Goodbye Germany”.

Janine Hundt also reports from the hospital.

The "Goodbye Germany" emigrant collapsed, but nobody knows what's going on.
