The lucky owner of a single Powerball ticket in Washington state has won a jackpot worth $754.6 million after matching all six numbers drawn in Monday's drawing, authorities said.
The winner's identity remains a mystery, but his ticket matched numbers 5, 11, 22, 23 and 69 on the white ball and 7 on the red Powerball.
The Power Play multiplier was 2X.

The win means the Powerball jackpot, which has eluded players since last November, has come to an end with the 34th draw of the jackpot race, Powerball organizers said in a press release. .
Final ticket sales caused the jackpot to exceed its previous estimate and reach its latest total at the time of the draw, making it the fifth-largest Powerball jackpot and ninth-largest US Lottery jackpot ever won, authorities said.

The ticket holder will be able to choose between an annualized prize of $754.6 million or a one-time payment of $407.2 million.
Both award options are before taxes.
If the winner opts for the annuity option, they will receive an immediate payment, with 29 annual payments to follow that will increase by 5% each year, according to officials.
Other big winners in Monday's drawing included two ticket holders in Michigan and three in New York who matched all five white balls and won $1 million in prizes.
Another ticket from Texas matched all five white balls and doubled the prize up to $2 million by including the Power Play option for $1 more per play, according to authorities.

Monday's drawing was the first time the Powerball jackpot has been won this year.
