A 5.6-magnitude earthquake struck central Turkey this morning.
The European Seismological Center reported that the tremor occurred at a depth of two kilometers and 5 kilometers from the Golbashi area, which is 20 kilometers from the capital, Ankara.
Earlier, the Turkish Disaster Management Authority announced that the death toll from the devastating earthquake that struck the country at dawn yesterday had risen to 2,921, and injuries to 15,834, in an infinite toll.
