”, she recalled, before inviting deputies and ministers to a minute of silence “
in memory of the victims and in support of those who loved them
”.
The powerful earthquake hit southeastern Turkey and northern Syria on Monday.
Twenty-three million people are “
potentially exposed
” to the consequences of this earthquake, “
including around five million vulnerable people
”, warned the World Health Organization which promised its support.
