A Nice municipal police crew arrested a woman on Tuesday afternoon who had just stabbed a 35-year-old woman several times, said Anthony Borré, the first deputy mayor, delegate for Security, on Twitter.
According to the elected official, the attack took place at the victim's home, rue Alsace-Lorraine, not far from the Nice-Ville station.
The suspect, whose identity is unknown, was immediately taken into custody.
The victim, meanwhile, was taken care of by the firefighters and transported to the emergency room of the Pasteur 2 hospital. She would only be injured “superficially”, according to Anthony Borré.
