Pensions: intimidation and threats hover over deputies

Monday evening, some members of the RN group received voicemails inviting them to leave the Hemicycle urgently. "An extremely serious fact", denounced Marine Le Pen.


At the Palais Bourbon, discussions on pensions began in a tense atmosphere.

While howls and invectives resound in the Hemicycle since the opening of the debates, several parliamentarians have been targeted.

Monday evening, as the National Rally was preparing to defend its referendum motion, some members of the group received voice messages inviting them to leave the Hemicycle urgently:

“One of your relatives has just been admitted to “emergency at the hospital”

, can we hear in particular on the recordings.

An intimidation maneuver aimed at getting the deputies in question out of the Assembly so that the motion of the RN cannot be defended, all the elected signatories must be present at the time of the discussion.

in the Lower House.
