The Tartous branch of the National Union of Syrian Students, in cooperation with the branch of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, Tartous Governorate, and Al-Qadmous Company, provided buses to transport about 250 students from Aleppo to Tartous and Damascus, in addition to continuing a blood donation campaign, which students carry out for any urgent need.

The head of the Tartous branch of the union, Dr. Hammam Kannaj, stated in a statement to SANA reporter that two buses arrived today carrying Aleppo University students from Tartous governorate, where they were secured for free transportation to the district centers, in addition to that a third bus departed this afternoon from Aleppo heading to Tartous governorate as well. .

And Kanaj indicated that there was coordination between the Tartous branch of the Union and the Aleppo University branch of the Union to secure two buses from the Qadmous Transport Company, to transport about 100 students from Aleppo University from Damascus to their governorate for free.

He explained that 40 students from As-Suwayda had been pre-secured, as they returned them to the city of Tartous in cooperation with the internal transportation, and secured accommodation for all students at the headquarters of the Fadha Association, and provided heating, electricity and basic necessities for them until early morning, pending their transfer to As-Suwayda.

Kanaj called on all students to coordinate with the Union branch in advance regarding their travel in order to be well prepared, and to avoid waiting for them for long hours in these harsh conditions.
