A day before Christmas 2018, a two-year-old had to have emergency surgery with a “vaginal impalement injury”.

Her mother is therefore before the Landshut district court.

Erding/Landshut - The prosecutor's allegations weigh heavily: Because she did not want to brush her teeth, the 25-year-old from the southern district of Erding is said to have rammed an electric toothbrush into her daughter's vagina.

Without immediate medical care, according to the indictment, the girl could have bled to death.

The trained nanny denied any guilt at the beginning of the trial before the district court.

Instead, in her detailed statement, she repeatedly and indirectly burdened her ex-boyfriend.

"You don't think that your partner could have hurt the child," said the 25-year-old.

"I was just in love and had the rose-colored glasses on."

In front of the youth protection chamber, she reported on a sex practice that is reminiscent of what happened to the child in the bathroom.

Her ex-boyfriend wanted to do that to her.

"But I kicked him out of bed with my feet." If the 25-year-old sticks to her statements, the child will probably not be spared a statement in court.

The now six-year-old girl lives with the parents of the 25-year-old.

According to the prosecutor, Barbara Streicher, the child had also spent most of its first two years with its grandparents;

contact with the mother is said to have been sparse.

However, when she moved in with her new boyfriend a few days before Christmas 2018, she took the girl with her.

According to the indictment, the child wet the bed during dinner on December 23, which upset the mother because they wanted to decorate the Christmas tree.

According to the prosecution, it was the ex-partner who first took care of the girl and took off her wet pants.

Then he got moving boxes out of the carport.

Meanwhile, the 25-year-old put her daughter on the toilet.

She should also brush her teeth.

The man then heard loud screaming and crying.

According to the indictment, the 25-year-old had "punished" her daughter for her "naughty" behavior with the toothbrush at that moment.

When the ex-boyfriend came into the bathroom, the defendant picked up the child from the toilet.

Blood ran down the child's thighs.

She carried her daughter to the changing table to see "what's going on," the accused said in court.

The little one only stopped screaming hysterically and spread her legs when her ex left the room.

According to the 25-year-old, it was the other way around: her ex was in the bathroom with the little one.

She ran in when she heard her daughter scream in pain.

Her ex-boyfriend went out and said he would get the boxes now.

She tried to distract and soothe the child sitting on the toilet by brushing her teeth – “she likes brushing her teeth so much”.

Meanwhile, she heard it "still splashing into the toilet bowl."

When she finally lifted her daughter up, the whole bowl was full of blood.

Presiding judge Michaela Wawerla was surprised by the statement by the accused that they had never asked their daughter or their ex-boyfriend what happened in the bathroom.

She was simply overwhelmed, said the 25-year-old.

"I was just working." nig
