Almost two years after announcing his divorce from Melinda Gates, Bill Gates has a new partner: Paula Hurd, widow of the former co-chairman of the Oracle company and president of HP, Mark Hurd.
This has been confirmed by the
Daily Mail and
People
magazine
.
The relationship, according to the British tabloid, began more than a year ago, although it has now been when it has seen the light.
In fact, the two have been photographed together on several occasions, attending the Indian Wells Tennis Open in March last year and, most recently, the men's final at the Australian Open.
"It's well known that Bill Gates and Paula Hurd are dating, but she hasn't met her kids yet," says a source quoted by
People
.
Another friend of the new couple consulted by the
Daily Mail
assures that "they are inseparable".
The British newspaper points out that Gates, 67, and Hurd, 60, traveled together to Australia, where he met with the Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, and took the opportunity to take a romantic walk through Sydney and visit the famous Opera House city.

Melinda French Gates speaks for the first time about her divorce from Bill Gates: "I couldn't trust what we had"
The information has come to light a year and a half after Bill and Melinda formalized their divorce, one of the most expensive in history.
A decision that ended 27 years of union and that produced three children: Jennifer (26 years old), Rory (23 years old) and Phoebe (20 years old).
“We have raised three incredible children and built a foundation that works around the world to allow people to lead healthy and productive lives,” the couple said then in the statement issued to announce the separation in May 2021.

Hurd, whose maiden name is Kalupa, is dedicated to planning and organizing events, although she also spent part of her professional career in the technology sector.
She previously worked as an executive at NCR —a
software provider
for digital banking—in 1990 and it was then that she married Mark Hurd, who was co-chairman of Oracle, one of the great American companies in this industry.
They were together until Hurd's death, on October 18, 2019, resisting together even after Hurd had to resign in August 2010 from his position at the head of Hewlett-Packard due to a sex scandal case.
The then president of HP had a secret relationship with a company contractor for a year and a half with whom he spared no expense, including intimate dinners all over the world, which he charged to the company.
Interestingly, in 2015, Mark and Paula Hurd was photographed behind Gates at a tennis match in California.

This Thursday, February 9, the name of Gates is one of the most repeated on social networks, after chef Jordi Cruz revealed an anecdote that occurred in his ABaC restaurant in Barcelona —three Michelin stars and three Repsol suns—.
According to the media chef and
MasterChef
jury in the
Planeta Calleja
program , the billionaire went to eat with his entire team, "he asked for a soda and left."
“Do you think you have to close a nice place to come and have a cola?” added Cruz.
Melinda French Gates —she came to be called that after the divorce— has explained on occasion the grief suffered after her separation from the businessman.
In an interview on American television, the philanthropist assured that she shed "many tears for many days."
"I couldn't trust what we had," she added at the time, referring to Bill Gates' affair with a company employee in 2000.
