Halevi is visiting the country as part of an international military conference with the participation of senior military commanders from Arab countries. His visit, the first as chief of staff to one of the countries of the Abraham Accords, was overshadowed, but a photo of him meeting with the Bahraini crown prince was published this morning in the country's newspapers

Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi is visiting Bahrain at an international military conference with the participation of senior military commanders from Arab countries. The Chief of Staff's visit was under wraps, but a photo of him sitting in a meeting with the Crown Prince of Bahrain appeared this morning (Thursday) in the country's major newspapers.



This is Halevi's first visit as Chief of Staff to one of the countries of the Abraham Accords and the first time he participates as Chief of Staff in a meeting with military commanders of Arab countries.



The security conference is being held under the auspices of the US Army's Central Command. US Army Central Command Commander General Michael Kurilla is the senior American representative at the event.
