Dozens of protesters today (Thursday) blocked the Hamad interchange on Highway 1 in both directions for about half an hour, in protest against the legal revolution.
The police diverted the traffic through Highway 38 and Highway 443. The demonstrators are members of the group "Shioners for the Defense of Democracy" and the military protest group "Brothers for Arms".
On Tuesday, hundreds of graduates of the Armored Corps, to the shock of majors and sub-majors respectively, signed a letter in which they warned "against moves that could harm the motivation and willingness of the reserve formation to enlist at any call".
