Record sanction against C8.
In a press release, Arcom announces a fine of 3.5 million euros against the channel of the Canal + group.
The reason ?
The number of "Do not touch my post!"
of November 10 where Cyril Hanouna had insulted the deputy Louis Boyard.

This is not the first time that C8 has been fined heavily.
In July 2017, after a hoax deemed homophobic and broadcast in "TPMP" three months earlier, the CSA imposed a fine of 3 million euros on the channel.
The new sanction comes the day when the Minister of Culture Rima Abdul Malak recalled on the antenna of France Inter that C8 and CNews could eventually lose their respective frequencies if they do not respect their obligations.

" Cyril Hanouna's call to privatize public broadcasting.
