The Imperator Maison Albar hotel was completely renovated in 2019. A chic and historic address, the establishment welcomed Picasso, Ava Gardner and Ernest Hemingway, who came to attend bullfights in the ancient amphitheater.

, the period bar has been preserved and bears his name.
