Bárbara Hernández is a Chilean swimmer known as "La Sirena de Hielo" and she has just broken an unusual record: swimming 2.5 kilometers in the frozen waters of the Chilean Antarctic in just over 45 minutes.
The temperature and the lack of protective equipment did not prevent Hernández from breaking this record to also carry a message about caring for this region.
