Russian air defense systems shot down nine Ukrainian drones that attacked at night the Starodubsky district in the Russian border region of Bryansk.
The Novosti agency quoted the governor of Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, as saying today: “The Ukrainian Nazi extremists attacked the lands of the Starodubsky municipality with marches, and our air defense systems shot down all 9 marches,” indicating that the attack did not result in any casualties.
The Bryansk region, located near the border with Ukraine, is constantly bombarded by Ukrainian forces.
