A gesture for users.
After the deterioration in the quality of service observed at the end of last year in public transport in the Ile-de-France region, Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) announced on Thursday that holders of a Navigo pass will receive compensation.

Subscribers who have purchased 3 monthly Navigo passes over the last 4 months of 2022 will benefit from a reimbursement of half a month, up to 37.60 euros
”, indicates IDFM, the public transport organizing authority. Ile-de-France, in a press release, following a press conference held by its president Valérie Pécresse.
“
To this is added a reimbursement paid to users of the most degraded RER and train lines
”, also announces IDFM, “
in accordance with the contracts signed with the RATP and the SNCF for two years
”.
