Yesterday, the Syrian Plastic Artists Union launched an initiative to help those affected by the earthquake that hit Syria, by donating paintings by plastic artists, so that the proceeds will go to those affected by the earthquake.
In a statement, SANA received a copy of it, the union directed to open all art galleries and its affiliated centers in all governorates in front of plastic artists wishing to donate to display their works of different sizes, number or raw materials, provided that the executive office of the federation organizes a central exhibition in Damascus as soon as the proceeds are returned to the benefit of those affected by the earthquake. .
The federation provides galleries and support through advertising and communication with plastic artists, whereby the artist hands over the work to the donor personally, and the funds are handed over to the concerned authorities.
The Secretary of the Plastic Artists Union, Ghassan Ghanem, explained in a statement to SANA that this initiative came as a desire from the Syrian plastic artists to provide their capabilities aimed at helping our people affected by the earthquake.
