According to the US authorities, Archaga Carías would be the highest-ranking leader of the Mara Salvatrucha in that Central American country, and responsible for criminal activities such as drug trafficking, money laundering, murder, kidnapping and violent crimes, as well as drug trafficking. large quantities of cocaine into the United States.
At the same time, the US Treasury Department blocked all of Archaga Carías' properties in the United States.
