The Life Skills Volunteer Team in the As-Suwayda Culture Directorate launched a humanitarian initiative, in support of those affected in the earthquake-stricken governorates.

The initiative included a campaign to collect material and in-kind assistance (from blankets, winter coats, clothes, baby food, shoes, and infant formula), in a way that contributes to supporting and aiding those affected.

The initiative included a humanitarian activity for the children of the Life Skills Team at the aid receiving headquarters in the provincial council hall, which included a representational presentation by one of the girls that embodied Syria at the moment of the earthquake, and how all its children from all the provinces called to help their brothers in the stricken provinces, which reflects the state of solidarity and solidarity among the Syrians in All circumstances and tribulations, to overcome the pain and wounds and make its new dawn, in addition to presenting the song “O Children of the World, Sing for Childhood” by the choir of joy in the team, to deliver a message of love and support from the children of As-Suwayda to their peers in the afflicted governorates and a humanitarian message to the children of the world, to stand with Syrian children in the circumstances current.

The Director of Suwayda Culture, Laila Abu Fakhr, indicated that the initiative witnessed a remarkable turnout by the various segments of society, stressing that in the presence of the wound, the cry of loss, and the agony of pain, we must join hands to ease our pain, and overcome all difficulties and tribulations, as these children came to launch a humanitarian message, and express their solidarity. With their brothers in the affected governorates, and donate part of their savings or their needs to them.

Diala Al-Mulhim, responsible for the Life Skills Team and head of the Children's Culture Department in the As-Suwayda Culture Directorate, pointed out that about 50 children participated in this activity, and they came to say that we are part of this world, and we deserve to live in safety and peace.
