Traumatized terrorists, of the type that may be embodied by the murderer Hossein Karaka (or so his family claims), produce exactly the same dire result, and sow death and bereavement as "normal" terrorists.
The conduct of Palestinian society around them brings up two more insights that are not comforting:
First, Palestinian society, even though these are apparently "psychologically impaired" hazards, immediately transfers them from its most problematic fringes, from the most unappreciated part of society, to its most valued part, and also includes them in the pantheon of martyrs.
The sharp and rapid transition occurs of course "thanks" to the murder of Jews.

Secondly, the many mentally damaged and distressed people choose terrorism in order to "redeem" through the attack from the label that ostracized them from society.
They know that society will make them "belong" and crown them heroes and martyrs.
The background in which "disturbed terrorists" operate - an atmosphere sympathetic and glorifying terrorism - is also no different from the background in which "normal terrorists" operate.
What has been happening in the Palestinian and East Jerusalem streets (and to some extent the Arab-Israeli ones as well) since the attack in Neve Ya'akov, has largely paved the way for Karake to the stampede attack the day before yesterday, and paved the way for other potential threats to similar acts.
Even in a routine where every terrorist becomes a cultural hero, the events on the Palestinian street after the murder of the Sheva in Neve Ya'akov break records and set a new threshold of incitement and glorification for terrorism.
In hundreds of educational institutions (kindergartens, elementary and high schools) in the territories of the Palestinian Authority and in Gaza, after the murder of the seven, "educational" activities were held that glorified and praised this act of terrorism. These included, among other things, victory parades, ceremonies and plays that imitate the activities of the terrorist and encourage other activities. Also in combat The Arabs of Israel were expressions of joy (we documented them in detail in "Israel this week" 3.2.23).

When all these join the previous words of a Palestinian preacher in Khan al-Ahmar: "Allah allows us to go to Jihad and fight, we do not need permission from anyone...", or in the words of the master instigator, Sheikh Akrama Sabri, in the house of one The terrorists from Shoafat: "If they knew the virtue of the martyr, they would all go out to commit jihad."
No wonder that more and more "normal" and "abnormal" terrorists go out looking for Jewish blood in the streets.
And if what is happening here is not enough, the encouragement for terrorist acts following the heinous murder of Khairy Alkam in Neve Ya'akov also comes from abroad. Dr. Atiya Adlan, for example, a member of the World Union of Muslim Scholars supported by Qatar and Turkey, published On the Union website, there is an article in praise of Alkam. It congratulates Alkam for becoming a martyr and states that he is not a terrorist but "a hero who presented an exemplary model for the Palestinian resistance and resistance to any occupation...", and that "the Islamic nation needs many like him" (from Mamri's website).
It seems that only heavy financial fines backed by appropriate legislation will be able to deal with the tsunami of incitement that has long since flowed from the territories of Yosh and Gaza, to its interior, to the Arabs of Israel, and is breaking new records every day.
