(CNN) --
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ordered an object shot down high above Canadian airspace on Saturday, he said in a tweet.
“I ordered the shooting down of an unidentified object that violated Canadian airspace.
The @NORADCommand shot down the object over Yukon.
Canadian and US aircraft were coded, and a US F-22 successfully fired on the object,” Trudeau said.

That raises even more questions.
Trudeau also said he spoke with US President Joe Biden on Saturday and that Canadian forces will lead the recovery operation.
