Ugly,” stressing that what happened in Syria calls for the need to lift the US blockade imposed on it, and not to recognize any unfair US restrictions or decisions.

In turn, Saleh Ali Saleh Al-Sahmi, Assistant Secretary-General of the Yemeni National Youth Development Party, in a similar statement, called on peoples, free political forces and international organizations to adopt the Syrian cause represented in the repercussions of the seismic disaster that claimed the lives of innocent Syrians, and to provide aid and assistance to them, stressing the need to lift the suffocating siege imposed on The Syrian people by the American administration and its allies.

For his part, Yemeni journalist Abd al-Rahman Abdullah said: While Syria is trying to collect the effects of the catastrophe of the devastating earthquake that struck large parts of the country, the Syrians are also suffering from the most life-destroying siege imposed by America and Western countries, which highlights the American-Western hypocrisy.
