Honduras opened a shelter for migrants of various nationalities who arrive in that country on their way to the United States.
In a context in which the flow of migrants has increased by almost a thousand percent this January compared to the same month last year, the country offers shelter to some 150 people per day.
Migrants also receive health care from non-governmental organizations.
