Tali Gottlieb (Likud) accused Judge Hayut of the terrorist incident in which three people were murdered, including two children. In addition, she claimed that it causes "a sense of chaos in the people of Israel and harms democracy." Following her words, she was heavily criticized on the networks: "There is no red line that you will not cross"

Member of Knesset Tali Gottlieb (Likud) caused a storm today (Sunday) following an extreme statement on Twitter against Supreme Court President Esther Hayut.

"I blame the President of the Supreme Court for the attack. I blame her for the sense of chaos in the people of Israel. I blame her for the destruction and serious damage to democracy and the rule of law," Gottlieb wrote.

"She was afraid of the right-wing government. Not of the reform. So what if there is chaos here, then what if our enemies steal from us because they recognize a weakness in our neighbor, everything is kosher on the way to overthrowing a right-wing government."

Knesset member Yulia Malinovski from Israel Beytenu replied to Gottlieb: "There is no limit to incitement. There really is no red line that you cannot cross."

Former Knesset members Eitan Ginzburg and Abir Kara also criticized the things Gottlieb wrote.

"My words are real incitement and incitement. That a member of the Knesset will accuse the President of the Supreme Court of a murderous attack. Where have we come? Delusional," Ginzburg wrote.

Kara added and wrote that "It is audacious not to delete these words of incitement and incitement and to apologize immediately. Unparalleled audacity, a bunch of instigators, psychopathic arsonists. The culprit of the attack: a despicable Palestinian enemy. The blood has not cooled yet and we are already seeing incitement to set a precedent, it's a shame that you tweeted, and if he doesn't delete the No less vile and despicable than our enemies, may their names be blotted out."

Last night, the heads of the coalition issued a statement regarding the hearing at the High Court, which yesterday ordered the Legal Advisor to the Government to justify why the Prime Minister should not be taken to Netzrat. Illegal impeachment of an incumbent prime minister, which is no different from a military coup."

The statement also reads: "No legal entity, including the High Court, has even a fraction of authorization by law for such an action.

Only the people will choose the prime minister.

And only the people, through their representatives in the Knesset, will decide whether to terminate his term.

The people and their representatives will never accept a legal discussion about the possibility of a coup.

They will never accept an illegal legal annulment of the elections and the sovereignty of the people.

Giving a hand in Israeli democracy is an act that has a black flag flying over it even when it is done under the cover of legal robes."
