According to the first projections, the CDU clearly won the repeated election to the Berlin House of Representatives.
According to figures from ARD (Infratest dimap) and ZDF (Research Group Wahlen), the Union received between 27.5 and 27.8 percent of the votes.
This means a massive increase of almost ten percentage points compared to 2021.
The SPD and the Greens follow at a clear distance with between 18.4 (ARD) and 18.1 (ZDF) percent of the vote.
It is therefore still unclear which of the two previous governing parties will achieve the better result.
The fourth strongest force is the left with 12.6 (ARD) and 12.8 (ZDF) percent of the vote.
The AfD is between 9.1 and nine percent.
The FDP has to tremble whether it will make it back into the House of Representatives.
According to the first projections, it comes to five percent (ZDF), in the first ARD projection it is only 4.5 percent.
In contrast to forecasts, extrapolations are based on counted votes, but they still contain inaccuracies.
