Hungarian President Katalin Novak renewed her country's adherence to cooperation with Russia, noting the Russian economy as one of the crucial economies in the world.
“The Russian economy is one of the most decisive economies in the world, as Moscow maintains contacts with partners in various regions,” Novak was quoted as saying by TASS news agency, adding: “We have to take this into account in the long run.”
And the Hungarian President stressed that her country is obliged to think about how its relations with Russia and Ukraine will develop after the end of the conflict, explaining that her country has set its course to diversify energy supplies and intends to reduce dependence on Russian oil and gas.
