The starting point of the full marathon and the half marathon is located on Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. Among them, the full marathon runners will run on the Stonecutters Bridge and the Ting Kau Bridge. The 10km race will return to the Eastern Corridor. All races will end at Victoria Park.

As of 2:00 p.m., the Hospital Authority announced that a total of 34 marathon runners had been sent to the hospital, of which 5 were in serious condition, aged 26 to 44, 3 of them were unwell due to overheating, 16 were in stable condition, and 13 were discharged.

The runners were sent to the Eastern District, Princess Margaret, Queen Mary and Ruttonjee Hospital respectively. The symptoms included dizziness, dehydration, blurred vision, foot pain and heatstroke when they were sent to the hospital.


The conference held a post-race summary press conference at 12:00 and announced that as of 11:00, a total of 31 runners had been sent to the hospital. All of them were in stable condition. Symptoms included hyperthermia, heat exhaustion, dizziness and sprains, etc.
