David Amsalem's speech in the Plenum (Knesset Channel)
Minister-designate Dodi Amsalem of the Likud addressed this evening (Monday) in the Knesset plenum a protest against the legal revolution.
Amsalem said: "Look what anarchy you have made today, you bunch of thugs, inciting rebellion."
Amsalem referred to the words of former Chief of Staff Dan Halutz, who in the media called the members of the government "parasites" and said: "We work in your homes, cleaning your decency.
At the demonstration at night I saw shiny things, in the end I realized that they were Rolex watches, look how many Mercedes there are out here."
"We will go with the reform until Israel is democratic."

Amsalem added, in a sharp attack against the left: "You are breaking the law. The head of the instigators, Ehud Barak, how come you are not under police investigation today? Look at your audacity and bullying. This fight is not about the laws, there is a real fight here, will the elite continue to lead the state? We will make the revolution against your nose and your anger, whoever breaks the law - will sit in a prison. We will go with the reform to the end, until the State of Israel is democratic and not like today. Say live, the tangerines are over. You are allowed to kick, bite, run a red light and run over , but Amsalem talks with his hands. Shame on you and start getting used to being in the opposition"
