According to the indictment, a mother and daughter noticed an empty parking lot from their apartment window.

The two got out of the apartment quickly and stood in the parking space on the road.

A short time later, even before the car that was parked for it arrived, the defendant's partner arrived and approached the two women who were standing on the road.

An argument began between the three of them about the parking space and the defendant who heard the argument looked out of the window of his house to see what was going on.

When he saw that it was his partner, he left the house.

As soon as he got out of the house, he started yelling at the two and told them to vacate the place and let his partner park and when they refused to leave, he kicked the mother.

The daughter took a picture of what was happening on her mobile phone and in response, the accused shouted at her "Why are you taking pictures?! Don't take pictures", approached her, raised his hands in a threatening manner and pushed her with his hand.

"In these actions, the accused attacked the two illegally and even threatened them in order to scare them," the indictment reads.
