HK Express (Hong Kong Express) announced this afternoon (13th) that as the Japanese authorities continue to restrict airlines from operating flights from Hong Kong to Japan, they will cancel some flights to and from Japan from March 3 to 30, which is lower than the original plan. There are 20 to 22 fewer flights per week, including flights from Hong Kong to Okinawa Airport, Fukuoka Airport, Osaka-Kansai Airport, Tokyo-Haneda Airport, and Tokyo-Narita Airport.
Affected passengers will be notified by email and SMS and can be arranged to change the departure date/time or receive a full refund.
HK Express announced on its website that in view of the Japanese authorities restricting airlines from operating flights from Hong Kong SAR to Japan, some flights to and from Japan will be canceled from March 3 to 30, including:

HK Express said that affected passengers will be notified by email and SMS, and can be arranged to change the departure date/time free of charge, or receive a full refund.
However, the application for changing relevant arrangements must be submitted on or before the original flight date, and must depart on or before June 30 this year.
Affected passengers have the following options:
Option 1: Original destination unchanged, change departure date/time

•No need to pay fare difference*
•Relevant application must be submitted on or before the original departure date

•Applications for relevant arrangements must be submitted on or before the original flight date
If passengers have won air ticket coupons in the "COVID-19 Vaccination Free Air Ticket Lucky Draw" campaign organized by the Hong Kong Airport Authority and have redeemed them during the period from March 3, 2023 to March 30, 2023 For the departure flight ticket, the following options will be provided:
