The prosecutor of Palermo, Maurizio de Lucia, and his deputy Paolo Guida, are in the prison of L'Aquila to interrogate the boss Matteo Messina Denaro, arrested on 16 January in Palermo by the carabinieri del Ros after 30 years on the run.
At 2.30 pm the prosecutor of Palermo, Maurizio de Lucia, and his deputy, Paolo Guida, arrived in the prison of L'Aquila to interrogate the boss Matteo Messina Denaro.
The prosecutors arrived, together with the escort, aboard five cars.
Numerous journalists are standing in front of the prison doors.
The boss, who was
arrested on 16 January
in Palermo by the Carabinieri del Ros, has been in L'Aquila since 17 January where he has been receiving treatment for the cancer he is suffering from directly in prison, in a specially set up nursing room.
