Yoav also revealed at the conference that in Operation Guard of the Walls, the Intelligence Division managed to produce 200 new targets for attack during the operation, using the artificial intelligence tools developed in 8200.
In addition to this, the unit managed to update and upgrade their AI tools approximately 150 times during the operation - thus upgrading the capabilities of the IDF during the operation.
The system developed in 8200 joins a series of systems within the framework of the artificial intelligence revolution, which have improved the capabilities of the IDF by dozens to incriminate targets, and identify terrorist operatives, thereby thwarting their activities.
Col. Yoav is the IDF leader in the field of data science and AI - and as such, the center he commands, develops and leads national projects such as "Realizing AI", together with the Cyber Education Center that provides education in data science to high school students in the geographic-social periphery.
