The official debut will be in the pre-season tests, between February 23 and 25, at the Bahrain circuit.
The 2022 season was marked by costly race strategy errors for Ferrari and mechanical reliability problems that have not allowed any new wins since the Austrian Grand Prix on July 10.
The team finished second in the constructors' championship, behind Red Bull, the double and reigning world champion Max Verstappen.
For the team with the most titles in Formula One history, the drought is greater: the last drivers' title dates back to 2007, when Kimi Räikkönen won the last for Ferrari, while the constructors' title came a year later.
"The most important thing for us is to put Ferrari first
," acknowledged the brand's new director, Frenchman Frédéric Vasseur, who left Alfa Romeo to take the place of Mattia Binotto, who left the team in November.
