An indictment was filed with the Central District Court against Zeev Levy (53) from Rehovot, after he committed serious sexual offenses against two girls whom he employed.
The indictment, submitted by lawyer Hila Tzur, indicates that in 2014 and 2021 Levy committed serious sexual offenses against two minors whom he employed in different settings.
In 2014, AA worked as a caregiver for his elderly mother.
One evening, when Levi drove her home, he tried to kiss her against her consent.
In another case, after she stopped her work, AA arrived at Levy's house to collect her salary, so he asked her to come up to his apartment and she insisted that she not.
Despite her refusal, Levy led her to his house and asked her to wait for him in the bedroom while he brought the payment.
Then Levi entered the room, took off his shirt
and sat down next to the little girl
, while saying: "Relax, why are you so tight?", brought her closer to him and tried to kiss her.
Later, Levy undressed AA while she tried to resist and asked what he was doing, to which he replied: "I like minors, I'm a pedophile, that's what I do", made it clear to her that there was no point in her resisting, and raped her while she tried to push him away, crying and screaming from pain

In 2021, BB, a minor born in 2006, was employed by Levi in his various businesses.
Levy used to talk to the minor about sex, he asked her if she had sex before, and she answered in the negative.
On two different occasions during the relevant period, Levi committed indecent acts on B.B., so that he lay down next to her, touched her buttocks and genitals, several times over her clothes.
Attorney Tzur stated in the request for detention until the end of the proceedings: "The respondent is doing what is attributed to him with two minors, while exploiting and trampling on their trust in him, in view of the age gap between them and in view of the fact that he is taking advantage of their innocence by contacting him for work needs and nothing else - all in the name of satisfying his sexual urges "
The indictment charges Levy with crimes of indecent act, rape, sodomy act and indecent act on a minor under the age of sixteen.
